Skitter Tag

Skitter Tag is an addictive little game you can play on your Linux machine. There are several spaceships in a maze, playing tag. You control one of them. (And perhaps a friend of yours controls another.) Tag your target without getting tagged. Pick up power-ups and use them to stymie your opponents. Achieve victory at all costs.

Skitter Tag is an ongoing project. As of 11/30/2002, it ran on two little Debian PCs. Maybe it would compile and run under Red Hat with no problem, maybe it wouldn't. Its artwork was obviously not the work of an artist. Though it's a multi-player game, it had no network support. In short, it needs work. If you're a programmer or artist and want to make Skitter Tag better, you can.
